How much sushi rice do i need for 1 roll of Sushi?
How much rice should i make if i only want to make 1 roll of California Roll or any other sushi? provide me with the link where you got the information if you can

About 1/2 cup of cooked rice per roll, so about 1/4 cup of dry rice.

I got the answer! I did calculate rice for 2 rolls today for my lunch and I had exactly the amount for that.
If you use 1/2 nori sheet (it depends on how you do the roll, but usually for a california roll "uramaki"(outside rice) you'll need 1.40 OZ or 39 grams of uncooked rice.

about a cup, hay its your roll, do the dam thang. you really don't want to muck or your sea weed paper will brake, to little and you will have to over lap, practice makes perfect what do you think you should use. rice will double a little in size. experiment to find your needed amount.
